About the Role
VPD Medi India is seeking a proactive and organized Logistic Executive to manage the movement of
pharmaceutical goods from warehouse to customers across multiple locations. This role plays a critical
part in ensuring timely, safe, and compliant delivery while coordinating with transport partners and
internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate dispatches for orders as per delivery schedules.
- Manage transporter and courier partner coordination for PAN-India deliveries.
- Prepare and verify logistics documents such as invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain (pharma preferred).
- Knowledge of courier management, transport coordination, and route planning.
- Basic understanding of GST, e-way bills, and dispatch documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
