About the Role
VPD Medi India is looking for a detail-oriented Inward Stock Checking Executive to manage and verify
incoming pharmaceutical stock. This role ensures that all inward materials meet quality standards, match
documentation, and are recorded accurately before being moved to storage or picking areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify incoming stock against purchase invoices and delivery challans.
- Check product name, batch number, expiry date, quantity, and packaging condition.
- Ensure compliance with pharma storage and handling guidelines.
- Update inward entries accurately in inventory systems or stock registers.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in pharma warehouse or stock handling (preferred)
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products, batch & expiry control.
- Ability to read invoices, challans, and packing lists.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physically fit for warehouse operations.
